Specific activities to avoid would include contact sports, striking sports, extreme sports (e.g. bungee jumping, skateboarding etc.) or sports with high speeds (e.g. downhill skiing) and sports involving extremes of pressure (e.g. sky diving, scuba diving, high altitude hiking).
